Belajar Nge-Blog

Ceritanya, saya lagi dapet tugas bikin essay dan harus cari beberapa artikel terkait dengan tema yang akan saya tulis. Awalnya saya sempat bingung memilih tema apa yang akan saya jadikan bahan ujian akhir ini, tapi setelah saya utak atik blog sendiri, akhirnya saya kepikiran untuk mengangkat 'Blog' sebagai tema pembahasan saya. Lalu, saya pun mulai goyang jari, mencari-cari berbagai artikel sebagai bahan referansi tulisan saya. Setelah terkumpul banyak saya pun mulai membacanya satu-satu dengan seksama dan Wowh, saya berhenti lama saat saya baca dibagian akhir summary nya... Ya, inilah kata-kata yang saya kutip persis sama seperti aslinya tanpa ada rekayasa! hhe lebay, sangat simple tapi benar-benar memberi saya motivasi untuk terus belajar nge-blog

Movie Review - Alangkah Lucunya Negeri Ini

              Alangkah Lucunya Negri Ini is a movie which is directed by Deddy Mizwar and starring as many familiar actors. It takes place at Jakarta and talk about social reality in this country. Starting from unemployment problem to arbitrary actions of police. This movie  is really arousing our spirit because it remains us about education, friendship, hard work, and how to fight for life.

The story started when a man, Muluk, has not got any job after 2 years graduated from his college. Nevertheless, he do not give up and keep trying to look for the other job. There is a contradiction between two old friends, Mr. Makbul, muluk’s father, and Mr.Sarbini, his friend’s father, about the importance of education. His father beliefs that education is quite important for anybody and will be so  useful for life, but Mr.Sarbini does not belief that because Muluk has not got job after his graduation. He feels worry about his daughter’s  future because he plans to marry her daughter to Muluk.

Then,  Muluk met a little boy which name is Komet. This is the beginning of  his carrier. Komet took him to his quarters  and Muluk is very shocked when he knows that they are a group of theft. Then he introduces Muluk to his boss, Mr.Jarot. Firstly, he is so mad of his arrival, but when Muluk  offers a good corporation among them, he kindly aware and deal with him. Muluk asks the children to save 10% of their income for the corporation and he manages that money for their need. First, the children do not like him and think that he just make a game with them, but Muluk keep trying to convince them, and he success. They make a good corporation till someday Muluk plans to give them education and want to change their profession become a better person. He asks 2 his friend to help him. They help the children by teaching them about religion, education, and many things.

After they have got education, they try to be a good person and leave the world of theft, but some of them do not change their mind and keep being a theft. Seeing this improvement, Muluk feels happy and ask them to be hawkers. One day His father and his friends come to their quarters and see what the real Muluk’s job. They are so disappointed because all these time, they accept stolen money. Muluk and his friends think about this and finally they leave the children and try to look for the better job. He learn to drive car. When is in the street, he meet Komet and his friends. But unfortunately, they are chased by police because they sell in the middle of the street. Muluk frustrates police to chase the children, and he success. But finally, police catch and take him away.

Opinion about the movie

   Education  

This is an inspiring movie because it tells us about hard work and struggle for life. There are many people who do not get any education and live in poverty and so close to criminal. Here, we are taught how spirited they are in learning and try to change their life become a better person.

   Moral                    

This movie shows many kind of the moral, from the worst till a better ones. There are so many things that we can learn from this movie. Bad moral here can make us aware that it is not good and should be avoided. The movie actually a bit teases the reality in our government. It is maybe meant to make the functionary aware and do not do as they want.

   Friendship  

This movie inspire us about a life of thief. Although their job is quite wrong, but if see from the positive view, we can sum that they are so compact, they can cooperate each other, resist themselves from fighting, giving love and protection in poverty. Well those are jus examples, we shouldn’t be a thief to make a good friendship. If they could to be cooperative, of course we had to be more than them.

    On the other hand, we also can see the friendship among Muluk, Pipit, and Samsul. They have not had a job and just spent along day with playing, joking, watching, and many more. But finally, they could teach the thief and make them became a better person and all of their fatigue could change their personality. The thief turn to the right way. That is a great result from the great friendship.

Review

                This movie tells about  the life of Jack, the unique boy who grow 4 times faster than other ordinary children. He has got aging disorder. This becomes an unusual thing and  affect his life a lot. In his childhood, he first being caged by his parent because they are afraid Jack will be mocked by other people if he go around.

                Till the time when he join  public school at the first time, he got some problems because of his different figure. In his first day at class, all of his friends laughed and deem him as a freak, however he kept trying to adapt with the condition with little help of his teacher, Miss Marquez.

                And by the time goes by, he joined his friend, Louis, to play basket and their friend started to ponder his existence. Then he made a friend with a boy, named Louis. They slowly get along well and make some game. He finally got some other friends although at the first time they ignore him, but then they can accept his existence.

                In the next days, another problem came out and he got a bit depressed. But his family’s support, he can find his smile again and backed to school.

                Finally, the graduation day came and he was chosen as the best student. Of course this must be very unique, he was 17 but looked like 70. He has to wear glasses when giving speech in front of many students. But one thing, he always try to be  the best friend for his friend.

Opinion about the movie

                Well, over all his movie is interesting to watch. It teaches us many things. Start  from friendship, affection, education, sociable, how to understand and thankful for our life.  The cast also plays their role well. Their characters are really strong so that it influences our emotion and really touching. We can learn more about the importance of making a friendship with people, how to keep it right. Besides, we also learn about the persistence of a mother who always be there for their child and always support them in every condition. In short, this movie is really impressive.

Book Review - Indigo

                Martha is a 13 year-old child whose mother died recently. She felt her life turn badly and then she lived with her dad. One thing that made her uncomforted is her town. It’s called Oak Groove, a place where people there definitely dread water. It’s all started since it used to endure a terrible flood. From then on, citizen there do everything to keep the water out of the town. Most people love its condition now, but it poles apart with Martha. She really hated that place because it never rained and thought that it was the worst year of her life. One that she really wants is finding and seeing the ocean, the blue place for her.

                In her life, she only has 2 best friends, Trevor and Eli McGill. They always be there for her and pleasant to talk to. Moreover, they apparently have the same dream, they want to see the ocean! They have bored and can’t stand their condition now. Till the day they decided to runaway and made a journey to find ocean.

                When they were about to start the it, the city suddenly got a horrible storm that made it distracted. They were separated first but Martha tried so hard to find her best friend. She did everything to rescue them and sacrifice herself till she was injured. And everything worked, Trevor and Eli were finally found.

                After all terrifying experiences, their parent found them and they do aware that they cannot life without them. Martha backed to his father, and so did her best friend.

Causes Why Muslim Should Learn English

Nowadays, the understanding of learning English is sometimes controversial. Many people still have a mindset that learning English becomes a factor why people leave her/his own culture, language, or even style.  Actually, those kinds of perspective are natural since everybody has their own opinion on facing this issue. However, we cannot let that perspective hamper others who are eager to learn English for their necessity. And this is also influence some institutional education, specifically Islamic education systems, whether Muslim needs to include English on their teaching learning process. There are at least 3 causes why we should keep including English to the Islamic education system.

Firstly, English is a global language that helps us compete the modern era. By having a good skill in English, we are able to do many things more than others. For instance, when somebody has the ability in speaking English while he/she majors in the other subject, of course they can spread their wings by working or studying abroad. This is one of advantage we can take from learning English. We, as the Muslim, are not forbidden to learn any language such as English, Dutch, French, or Arabic. It is no use worrying about how we can learn English which language is dominated by non-Islamic country. As long as we have good intention on learning something useful, I believe everything goes well.

Secondly, not every country which has Islamic education system uses English as their first language, so it is important that they learn it constantly to improve their own ability. Remember that there is a saying we should learn as more as possible. That is why learning others language can be a way to enhance our self-improvement. Our prophet does want us become an educated and intelligent people. There are also a lot of effort we can do to make us eager learning English.

Thirdly, Moslem who learns English doesn’t mean have to follow the culture of English speaking country. This case is the most controversial issue today. Many people get the wrong understanding on it. They believe by learning a new language they also should follow its culture, in fact it should be something we can collaborate with our own culture. Take English for example; it is easy to find Indonesian who learns English lead their life as if they are English.

This is not true, because learning another language is for gaining a new knowledge, not for adopting the culture from that country, so we have to pay attention to this matter, studying is not adopting.

In summary, learning English is good for our own skill. The things we should understand is how can we make that ability without changing our own culture. A good understanding about this really helps us get better in the future. So, worry no more about every controversial opinion, just take the time for studying and be the best generation.

Teaching English in Islamic Way

English is an important language today. By using English, we can learn many things globally. However, there are some groups of people who keep thinking that learning English is futile and even doesn’t have to do with our religion, Islam. Here, we as the teacher should clear those misinterpretations. Actualy, we are able to gain many advanteges by studying English in a suit method. Moreover, if we use islamic methodology, it will be more usefull, both in language and islamic language. Then the most important thing to teach this way is by implying it to islamic activities. There are at least 4 ways to teach english by using islamic way.

First is  for raeding skill, teachers should give student the text completed by picture. It doesn’t always for the kindergarten student, but the advanced level student also need  pictures to connect their understanding with the text given. The text itself can be various, start from the short story of islamic leaders or the islamic history events. The more they read, the better they pronounce English vocabularies.

The second is for writing skill. This is the time for students to explore themselves writing English. Teacher ought to give an interesting topic to write, so that students are willing to write pleasantly and joyfully. One of the topic can be about their habits on facing Ramadhan or Eid Mubarak. Those are purposed to bring their daily life to the class.

Third is listening skill. Teacher are suggested to give students some islamic famous songs. They can erase several words so students need to listen carefully to fill in the blank vocabularies. This way of laering is strongly attractive because of its difference with other subjects. In addition, music can also make class more alive and more exciting.

The fourth is for speaking skill. Teacher can ask students to act a dialogue about  islamic event, like  having a journey to Mecca for hajj. Then teacher can also ask them to retell the story about heroes of islam or their favourite figure in islam. Those things will stimulate them to be active at class and dare to speak.

In brief, there are many things we can do to teach English in islamic way. Start from the 4 basic skills such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Then we  can also continue to imply those things on daily life. English will be very useful if we arrange it well.

The Causes Why Teacher Should Understand the Usage of IT

Today, the development of technology is getting advance and everybody seems to be very attracted on it. Many students now spend their time playing in cyber café or just take a walk, window shopping for any newest gadget. Even, the user of technology now is not only the teenager, but also children and the old. Believe it or not, technology has so many advantages toward our life, especially teachers here. It takes an integral role to make a new way of fun and creative teaching. There are actually 4 reasons why teacher should understand the usage of IT in developing learning process.

            First, IT makes easy the teaching learning process. A teacher does not always use the white board at class. Technology must bring them to think more creative. They can use Power Point to explain the materials and give any kind of video to make sure all students get the point in studying. In addition, the usage of technology can also beat monotone situation at class. So, utilizing the facility served at school is a must for teachers.

            Second, IT helps the teacher to make class exciting and more alive. Teachers are suggested to provide any types of sound, music, picture, or animation into the materials given. Those are purposed to stimulate them studying enjoyable. As a result, they can understand better, and the materials given will deeply stick on their own memories. Then, laziness or boredom will be far away from class.

            Third, IT gives the chance for teachers to enhance their insight and knowledge. Internet is the most common thing today. We can gain it wherever and whenever we are. Teachers should be able to apply it into their life, especially in education sight. They can freely surf it to get a lot of new materials as the additional lesson at class. Moreover, they can also keep up-to-date with the news not only locally but also globally. Those things really make them up to par.

            Forth, IT increases spirit and motivation in getting the winner’s edge. As a teacher, we are forced to be always motivated and spirited because most students depend on their teacher’s mood at class. When a teacher is able to perform cheerfully, it can be predicted that the student will be excited to learn, yet if the teacher is less spirited, the impact is obvious, student does not interested to study.

            In summary, the usage of IT or information technology is strongly important to help teachers find a new way of studying. Fun and active learning can be created by every teacher who dares to start using IT.

Get Your Dream Room Right Now

Some people said that seeing one’s personality is by seeing one’s room. When it looks well-organized, we can say that he/she is a neat person. However, having a neat room is sometimes becomes a new trouble for people who are not get used to make it. Maybe one of you is that person and you are so confused how to deal with this small but important thing. So, if you find it difficult to decorate your room, you don’t need to worry because there are 3 tips on how to organize it become a gorgeous one.

                Firstly, think about your favorite color that can make your life cheerful. If you have, try to make it real by painting it to your room.  A colorful room will help you getting a good mood.  It can also give you many ideas every time you get stuck with your assignment. So, just try to paint your room with your favorite color so that you can feel comfortable when you are on it.

                Secondly, pay attention to your unnecessary goods. You may buy a lot of things which you don’t need, and then you just put them on your room without any treatment. As a result, your room full of things that just make it looked so messy. If this really happened, you should pack them all and arrange the rest of your goods as you want so that your friend will not mock you anymore.

                Thirdly, don’t be lazy to clean your room regularly in order that it becomes tidy and healthier. It can also help you to be a discipline person.  Although being discipline sounds a bit hard to do, it is possible as long as you make an effort for that. Just give it a try.

                In short, organizing your room is not as difficult as you think if you know how to do that. And by following these simple steps, you will easily get your dream room. Good luck.

Indonesia and Philanthropy

Philanthropy is absolutely important for me, and I think I still can find it in Indonesia. This big country, although have many kinds of problem, leaves some people who do cares of others. We can see the proof of this just by watching the news on television or just read the news paper who serves us their care through others. It is also a public statement that most of Indonesian people are very nice and he

lp each other. You don’t believe? Just ask some foreigner about their opinion of Indonesian people. It can be predicted, they will tell you that Indonesian are so kind and nice, and I agree with them. I believe Indonesia still has a big philanthropic feeling of others.

The first proof is seen when Indonesia got a lot of disaster several times ago. Starting from earthquake, tsunami, flood, or even fire, without any command Indonesian gather and collect some money or food for the victim. They work hand in hand to help people who they even don’t know their names. It shows that they didn’t see the status, whether she/he is a man or woman, the haves or the have-nots. They keep lending a hand to reduce their burden. Maybe you still remember Prita Mulyasari, right? When she is almost in jail, many of Indonesian work together to collect the coin for her, or probably you remember 7 years ago when tsunami hit Aceh and thousand of Indonesian become the volunteer to help them? Well, those are only some proof that we still can a kind of philanthropy in our beloved country.

The second thing is associated with our culture. It has been a public statement that Indonesian people  are very kind and nice. We are grown by a big feeling of caring each other. Even though Indonesia consists of different culture and religion, its value is almost the same. We cannot just care of ourselves but we also taught to respect and care of others since we live together here. The sense and power of helping other are taught by every religion and culture in Indonesia. There is only one purpose of us, live together in peace and giving together in trouble. That is what I see as an Indonesian who has lived here for years.

The third thing is from social aspect. Have you ever seen a kind of orphanage who accepts homeless and uneducated children? I think you have. All of these unfortunate children are still alive because there are people who care of their existence. When governments are busy with the political disruption, these people take an initiative to help unfortunate children reaching again their lives. They give the children education and home, although everything is not so good or special. What we have to see here is their purity in giving others. It is not a matter of result, but it is all a matter of process.

In conclusion, I see that there are still many philanthropists in Indonesia. It can be proven by many examples above. And I believe, as long as we live together and increase our sense of togetherness, Indonesia will get its betterment in the future.

Jeans ohh Jeans

One day, I was feeling blue on my unlucky day. As usual, I went to my college together with other friends. Wearing blue jeans, brown blouse and brown veil, I confidently walked down the street. Try to stay cool because that day I would enter Mr. Jamaludin class who forbid every student to wear jeans at his lecture. Many people said he is a strict one. But I I don’t really  care, I just don’t  like wearing skirt, maybe I don’t get used to it. I wear it only once in a blue moon. Then I keep wearing jeans anywhere I go, including to my campus.

With my awareness, I knew I break the rule. So I played safe by sneaking in the crowded, following other friends to the class. Finally, I could get my seat in the back row. At that time I was in the pink that I could avoid his punishment. Deeply I took a breath and felt so relieved until one of my friend, wearing tight jeans just walked in front of Mr. Jamaludin. Then my unlucky day was just getting started. I did aware she  forgot about  the rule then finally he caught her red handed and began blue in the face. He told anybody who wore jeans to get out from his class out of the blue.

Willy-nilly I followed her out from the class. But it didn’t mean we stop studying. Then we went in search of another place to learn together. Finally mosque became our destination and we spent rest of the time sharing each other. At least, I got a new experience to colour my life. 

My Personality, My Life

Everybody has various personalities and of course they also have different opinion about themselves. No matter what they said, the point is we are able to maximize all we have and make it as our strength. It is so interesting talking about personality because when you meet 1000 people you will find them different each other, and it gives you a barrage of new experience on how to treat people according to their characteristic. Well, like many other people, I’m only a simple girl but still there are some interesting characteristic on me that you can find which differ me with others.

If you find yourself having a load of secret about your life then you need someone to talk to, you had better think of my persistence. I exactly know that telling a secret must also told to someone you trust, and you can really rely on me about that since I’m a trust-worthy person. How can I say so? I’m just seeing the fact, most of my friends often confide in me when they want to, they tell me about their secret or problem in life and they do know that I will keep everything dark.

Sharing about one’s characteristic can make us motivated of having a better one. And that is what I do. Every day, I motivate myself in order to make a real and good change in my life. Being a persistent person is my choice since I believe that my dream will only be reached by my hard work. Although sometimes I feel lazy to finish some jobs, I never let it stop my step. I often see my brother as a mirror. His big effort on being a success person really influences me. I learn many things from his experience, and he teaches me not only about being a persistent person, but also being honest to myself.

In leading my own life, I always try to keep optimistic and put aside my negative thinking. And they are really useful for me. I can get rid of boredom easily and without causing another problem. My best friend totally influences me here. She help me a lot to reveal who I am.  But still, we all understand that behind one’s strength, there must be also some weakness on him. So, although I find myself as on optimistic and cheerful person, I sometimes feel so emotional and scared too much of facing some problem.

Talking about weakness, I don’t know if being an introvert person is something good or bad. I just find myself doing that way since I didn’t get used to tell anyone about my own secret or problem. Maybe neighborhood has made me become an introvert one.

In short, I’m surely an ordinary girl that you can find anywhere, but I have things that differ me from other, so I hope you can understand and know how to treat me well.

The Factors of student Cheating on Examination

The purpose of this paper is to explore the tendency of student on cheating phenomena. It will explain some factors that have strong possibilities for student to cheat, such as their lack-confidence, their fear in facing the examination, and also some motive that encourage them to get higher score in short-cut. Through this paper, the factor of student cheating will be showed and discussed in order to get the clearer information of student’s tendency on cheating.

Cheating among students can be one of the controversial issues today. Some people said that it is not a big deal since everybody does it, while the others keep saying that cheating it is a kind of dishonesty academic.  Every year, television and  newspaper tell us a number of students who are involved in cheating on examination. The case is happened from time to time and seems to be a new culture  among the students, teachers, and the citizen. Even though we cannot judge that all students do cheating, but it does not mean that we can find only a small number of cheating happen in our educational system. Those who are involved on cheating must have several reasons why they keep doing cheating while examination, and the reasons are actually needs a very full of attention in order to reduce the number of cheating on student examination. In this paper, the reasons/ factors of student cheating on examination will be explored. The suggestion for the better way of studying will also be discussed.

The first reason why students do cheating is because of their lack-confidence. Hearter said that cheating on exam is basically we aren’t prepared enough, which would cause a lack of confidence and then we have to cheat. The idea of a lack-confidence is not only a new idea but it is a completely new look into the problem of academic dishonesty (Hearter : 2006). When a student feels this way, it may be caused of their afraid of making mistakes. This is the responsibility of the teacher to always pump student’s power so that they can find themselves so ready facing the test without feeling afraid of themselves. This lack-confidence also poses many drawbacks for the student itself. They will tend to believe their friends more than believe in their own skill. As a result, they will always think that their friend’s answer is so much better and make them depend on others unconsciously.

The second reasons why student involved on cheating is because of their fear in facing the examination itself. According to Evans and Craig, many studies have documented the reasons why students cheat, including: fear of failure, desire for a better grade, and being graded on a curve (Evans & Craig : 1990). There are a lot of things that cause the student’s fear. And again, the role of a teacher is absolutely important in this case. When the teachers ignored this cases, most of the student will have tendency to be unmotivated, whereas if it really happen they will find it getting hard to set aside their fear on examination. As a result, they will prefer to play more to relieve their feeling. The difficulties of the subject can also be a reason why they feel afraid of the test. Here, there will be a possibility of having gaps in their learning skill between the smart one and the not-really smart one. Another thing that may be caused the fear itself is because they have poor exam preparation techniques. The students should be very creative to develop themselves or to find out the best way of studying for their own while if they cannot, they should ask the teacher for help and solution.

And then the last reason why student keep cheating on exam is because of their purposes of having a higher score than before. According to Baird, there are external and internal factors that make students do cheating. The external factors are seating order, the importance of the test, level of test-difficulty, and unfair test while the internal factors are laziness, awareness of performance of fellow students, low grades, failure, and a certain expectation of success( Baird : 1980). Having a better and higher score is a dream for every student, children, teenager, or even adult and they may do everything to make it come true even they have to involve on cheating. It may be caused by their pressure from parents to get the best score while he/ she feels unable to catch the lesson and ends up with cheating on friends. Another possibility comes when they want to make a good progress by taking short-cut or probably they want to get present from their parent if they have a good score. This is terribly bad and do not show the identity of a student. Those reasons are fully real and happened around us every day.

In summary, cheating among students is caused by many factors. First, they are lack of confident, second, they feeling the fearing on facing the examination itself  and last, they want to get a higher score by taking on the short-cut way. Those problems really need full attention in order to make a better student generation. If we are aware of this problem, student cheating will not be happened in the future.

The Drawbacks of Smoking for Indonesian

The purpose of this paper is to explore the tight relationship between Indonesian and cigarette. It will define about the disadvantages from smoking that have many negative impacts for people, such as financial problem, education, and the important one is health problem. It will also discuss about the suggestion for Indonesian that smoking is extremely harmful and pose a threat for people’s life in the future.

Smoking is one of the serious problems in the world, especially in Indonesia. The number of smokers is  getting increase every year. Everybody smokes, including teen, adult, men and women. Although it has been clear stated on the package of  cigarette that smoking can cause heart attack, pregnancy problem, impotence, etc and everybody knows it, but they keep smoking without thinking it over the drawbacks resulted from smoking itself. The government also has advertised and shown how bad the effects of smoking are in televisions and radio, but again, people still smoke. The government should think other ways to solve this problem. In Europe, beside the government make a law not to smoke in public, it also increases the prices of the cigarette. It may be more effective in reducing the number of the smokers in the world. People will think twice before they buy a cigarette that has the same price as one month payment in school, for example. In this paper, the disadvantages of smoking that can give bad effect for the human life especially for Indonesian. The solution for those problems will be discussed here too.

The first disadvantage caused by smoking is financial problem. According to Carry, many people are wasting money on cigarettes. The more common smokers are coming from poorer household than wealthier ones. It really gives bad impact for their families (Carry : 2004). Cigarette has a quite expensive price, of course people or smoker has to use their money to buy it. Unconsciously, they have spent their money too much everyday just to buy cigarettes. In fact, the money itself can be used for other useful things rather than buy some pack of cigarettes, moreover for those who are living hand to mouth and underprivileged. It is so pathetic seeing many examples of poor households who are keep smoking, while their family are in need of money or food. It is so lavish and selfish, isn’t it?  It will be wiser if he think twice before deciding buying the pack of cigarette.

The second disadvantage is seen from education value. Smoking is one of the vital things that can pose a threat for our daily life. That habit can really influence the attitude or even style of teenagers or children nowadays.  Actually, those who are smoking truly realize that it is bad for education since it can be imitated by the youth especially young children. Unfortunately, they always underestimate it and let it be. Based on the data from BPS or Indonesian central statistical agency, the number of smokers in Indonesia is the third largest in the world. English also said that the children of the smokers are likely to become smokers themselves than those of non-smokers (English : 2009). Those are indirectly stated that Indonesia has become so close to cigarettes. The effect, smoking can be just like the contagious disease which spread out easily from their parents or relatives.

Indonesian smokers = 65 million or 28 % of population (225 billion stem of cigarette per year)

And the last drawback is health problem. It is a major problem of the smoking habit. Our ear must be very familiar of the health problem caused by smoking. When people smoke, they consume the toxin from cigarette indirectly. That is what make smoking become so dangerous.  The most severe effect is other people who are known as passive smokers will get the worst impact because when they breathe, they inhale the cigarette smoke from the smokers. In addition, James also stated that regular smoking was mostly associated with long-term consequences, such as increased risk of cancer, addiction, and passive smoking. Initial smoking was associated with more short-term disadvantage such as nausea and breathing problem (James, 1989).  One researcher has described cigarette smoking as causing "a chronic inflammatory disorder of the lower airways."(Doll 901-911) When we breathe, air enters the upper airway through the nose and mouth, where the air is filtered, warmed and humidified. The inhaled air travels though the trachea to the lungs. Inside the lung there is a main stem called the bronchus. Indonesian Central Statistical Agency also said that there are 400 million people per year are dead because smoking in Indonesia. It means that the smokers never care about their health condition although they have got many reminders from various parties.
